After studying Sports Science at Leeds Metropolitan University, Adam began his career in the manufacturing sector, working for a large national window manufacturer. In the two years he was there his responsibilities included all the aspects of the manufacturing process, using problem solving methods with the implementation of lean processes, progressing to a managerial role, reporting into the Factory Manager.

Adam furthered his career experiences by moving into a more commercial area with a successful estate agency.  During a tough time in the housing market Adam proved extremely successful. Adam liaised with both vendors and applicants in an effective way both face to face and over the telephone. This meant Adam delivered exceptional customer service at all times, making him a high achiever in his 4 years with the company.

Adam’s prior experience has given him the foundations to succeed in recruiting Engineering and Manufacturing roles across the North West and Yorkshire.

Now working at Core Talent, his aim is to grow our market share and reputation within the sector. His strengths are delivering high quality recruitment solutions using his effective communication skills, relationship management abilities whilst utilising his knowledge of the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
