Damian has a strong track record of achievement within recruitment gained over the last 10 years. After graduating in Business Studies he then gained invaluable experience in the Purchasing and Supply Chain arena within industry and commerce with companies such as Philips, Case and Transbus International. During this time Damian became an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply - MCIPS.

He moved in to recruitment as one of the founding consultants when a Leading International Recruiter formed their Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain Division. He was instrumental in growing this new operating division from 7 to 70 Consultants and set up their Leeds Office becoming the Managing Consultant in Yorkshire. He left them to form Core Talent Recruitment.
