David has consistently achieved high levels of success within recruitment over the last 11 years. After graduating with a 1st Class degree in Manufacturing he worked at Ford Motor Company in a Project position and spent his earlier career in Engineering with MAHR Gmbh and Hyde Group within the Aerospace sector.

He has a wealth of recruitment experience spanning the Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Financial Services Sectors working for a Global International Recruiter and at Bank of America. His roles have included Recruitment Consultancy and In-House Recruitment within the HR Function. He joined a leading International Recruiter as one of 4 founding Consultants at the start up stage of their Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain Division. David played a key role in growing this Division from 4 to 70 Consultants and his career progressed into a Regional Management position where he was responsible for their Liverpool and Manchester Teams. He left them to form Core Talent Recruitment.
