Fraser moved into recruitment after a decade in logistics management at operational and strategic levels. Working in 3PL and retail for Tibbett & Britten, Virgin Retail and Safeway Stores Plc, Fraser developed considerable experience of how the UK’s 55 billion pound logistics sector operates. Fraser brings an authenticity to Logistics recruitment that is difficult to match, by combining his experience and staying abreast of current developments in the sector through an extensive network of contacts.

Fraser joined Core Talent Recruitment after a successful period with another logistics recruiter, and has recruited for an extensive range of 3PL, Import/Export and Retail businesses throughout the UK.

Fraser's responsibilities within Core Talent are to manage the logistics recruitment division. He ensures candidates are given clear and concise advice about how to develop their logistics careers with businesses that best match their aspirations, skills and personalities.
