Joanne joined Core Talent in 2011 to take on a broader and more responsible role in recruiter support, Research, Marketing, Accounting, Client Management as well as more general secretarial duties.

Joanne has six years experience in the recruitment industry and began her recruitment career by joining a leading International Recruiter renowned for its first class training, working in their Engineering & Manufacturing and Procurement & Supply Chain Divisions providing consultant support. Joanne then went into the world of locums and healthcare recruitment, with one of the UKs largest locum providers working as a Compliance Officer. She left this role to join Core Talent Recruitment.
