After gaining a BSc (Hons) in Applied Science from the University of Central Lancashire, Martin moved to Australia to work within the Steel Industry. While there he was responsible for managing the implementation of major capital projects from concept to installation and commissioning. He managed all technical aspects of the project using problem solving methods and the implementation of lean process techniques.

Upon returning to the UK, Martin embarked upon a successful career within the Digital Media Industry where he was able to utilise his project management experience and applying this into the business to business sector.

His extensive experience in managing client relationships, together with his technical background, gave him the skills needed to pursue a career in Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment with Core Talent.

Martin's responsibilities within Core Talent are to build and manage client accounts across the North West. His core strengths are in delivering high quality recruitment solutions using his effective communication skills and relationship management. He is driven to achieve the satisfaction of providing his client base with talented candidates.
