**MAINTENANCE MANAGER - FOOD COMPANY - MANCHESTER- to £45,000 + BENEFITS PACKAGE **

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager for a leading food manufacturer in Manchester. The Maintenance Manager will manage a team of maintenance engineers to support production and introduce new equipment. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be in charge of a team of both mechanical and electrical maintenance engineers. T

he main focus of the role is to take maintenance from a reactive, breakdown system to a more proactive and planned environment leading to TPM.

Applicants MUST have Maintenance Management experience within the food manufacturing industry. This role will challenge the Maintenance Manager to develop and then implement a modern maintenance management strategy. We are looking for a driven and successful Maintenance Manager from either a Mechanical or Electrical background, but will have a successful track record of both proactive and reactive maintenance. Ideal candidates will be familiar within TPM environment.
