**ENGINEERING MANAGER - FMCG - BRADFORD - CIRCA £43,000 + up to 20% BONUS + BENEFITS PACKAGE **

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a leading FMCG organisation in Bradford. This role is varied and involves managing a maintenance team, delivering and managing capital projects, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement implementation.

It is key that you can effectively manage a team of maintenance engineers as well as focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. The main focus of the Engineering Manager is to improve the maintenance systems and methods to reduce downtime and improve uptime and manufacturing performance.

Applicants MUST have Engineering Management experience within the FMCG sector. This role will challenge the Engineering Manager to appraise and then develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy. We are seeking a driven and successful Engineering Manager, with preference going to those from a multi-skilled background.
