QUALITY CONSULTANT / SPECIALIST (CONTRACT) - MERSEYSIDE - MANUFACTURING to £350 per day

 

Our client, a leading manufacturer within consumer goods, is currently seeking a quality specialist to work with the organisation on a 6 - 9 month contract.

The role will involve interrogation of data relating to customer quality and warranty returns, identification of problem areas through effective root cause analysis, and communicating with senior staff in all departments to drive change and improve quality levels.

Working alongside the existing Quality Manager, you will identify process defects to and find route cause through effective interrogation of data received from after sales department. You will expedite change and communicate findings with managers across design, production, quality, sales and after sales.

You will have prior quality management experience within a manufacturing environment, with proven skills in data interrogation in relation to warranty or customer returns.
