***JOB TITLE: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER - SECTOR: HIGH VOLUME FMCG MANUFACTURER - LOCATION: WIGAN - SALARY: £40,000-£50,000 + BENEFITS***

THE ROLE OF THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER,
The continuous improvement manager will drive all kaizen and lean initiatives within the manufacturing operation and across the business. The focus of the role is to devise and then implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives to drive and improve all efficiencies and KPIs. The KPIs are OEE, right first time quality, machine utilisation, down time and costs.
The role will require a continuous improvement manager to be consultative with process implementation and work closely alongside with manufacturing operations.

THE CANDIDATE REQUIRED FOR THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER ROLE,
Applicants must be hands on Continuous Improvement Managers from within the manufacturing sector. This lean manufacturing role will be ideal for someone with a six sigma green belt. We will also consider applicants from CI Engineers or Continuous Improvement Engineers looking to make the step up. You must have experience of project management and process industry sectors, be able to influence cultures, people and have experience in the manufacturing industry driving KPIs and improving production processes. The minimum qualifications are HNC or above.
