THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading supplier in to the automotive industry with a fantastic reputation within their market.

THE ROLE - TOOLING SUPERVISOR
Works with product engineers, customers, suppliers and our manufacturing facilities in Advanced Quality Planning (AQP).
Develop, expedite and monitor, tool and fixture delivery schedules through program requirements.
Coordinate, monitor and expedite engineering design changes (Support).
Supervise Mold Shop and related activities.
Comply with all HS&E legislation & company best methods.
Appraisals, Staff Development.
Responsbile for all plant Tooling, Maintenance & Quality.
Constantly looks to improve the section, gathers information, challenges assumptions and questions the status quo. Prepared to take the necessary action to achieve objectives. Identifies opportunities and develops new ideas.




THE PERSON
You will have a proven background within a hands on tool making environment. You will have been a hands on engineering who has progressed to a supervisory position.
Minimum HNC/HND qualification.
