THE COMPANY
Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of food and food additives, and a well established brand within it's industry.


THE ROLE
This position is a senior role within the organisation, and you will be a key influencer and decision maker at senior management level. You will set quality assurance standards to meet requirements of the business, customers and industry legislation. You will ensure the quality of raw materials, manufacturing processes and finished products are met. With full document control, you will be responsible for audit management of all processes to ensure adherance to procedures and regulations.

Management of quality department and associated quality plans
Maintenance of quality documentation
Achievement of industry-specific quality accreditations.
Maintain a high profile within the manufacturing plant to reenforce quality standards.



THE PERSON
You will be an established Quality Manager, preferrable from a food or food-related industry. You will have previous experience of working towards and achievement industry legislative requirements, influencing others to adhere to procedures in order to do so. You must be a proven leader, with the ability to communicate and instigate change. With previous experence of delivering quality and cultural change, this is an opportunity to become a key member of staff within this organisation.
