**HR CO-ORDINATOR - GENERAL MANUFACTURING BUSINESS - HALIFAX - £25,000 TO £27,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS & CAREER OPPORTUNITIES**

Our client is a well established General Manufacturing organisation, who are looking to recruit a HR Co-ordinator to join their HR Team.

ROLE

• To provide support to the HR manager and cover their role during periods of absence.
• To support members of staff on site with training, development and personnel related matters.
• Disseminate information through team meetings, notice boards and news letters
• Help support the business culture and develop best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Aid recruitment initiatives
• Work with site departments such as H&S and finance to support staff

EXPERIENCE

THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THE POSITION.

• You will be ideally degree qualified or have the equivalent experience.
• Experience within the manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
• You will preferably have a HR/training qualification such as CIPD or being working towards such.
• You will be PC literate, have excellent coaching, influencing and communication skills.
• You will be highly analytical, well organised and have a passion for delivering a culture that encourages the best out of all members of staff.
• This is a fast paced and dynamic environment, and you will need to be an energetic, focused and targeted individual with a passion to succeed and a willingness to progress within the role, and the business.
