***Production / Cell Leader - General manufacturing - Manchester - £26,000 + Bens***

ROLE

As Production Team Leader you will have full autonomy for the leadership and direction of your cell. The role will be a classic cell Leader position with the responsibility of planning, driving and motivating all staff to manufacture product to the highest possible quality standards. You will be challenged on a day to day basis to achieve and exceed against a set of Key Performance Indicators surrounding productivity levels, quality parameters, health and safety standards and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

PERSON

It is essential that Applicants have Production Supervisory experience from within the General Manufacturing sector. The role will suit someone who is an exceptional man manager who can work and drive a team autonomously by creating a strong positive team culture which is focused on meeting targets and delivering results. It is essential that you have previous experience within an organisation utilising lean manufacturing tools and techniques to improve manufacturing performance. Your interpersonal skills will be first class and enable you to motivate and drive your teams by leading from the front in a hands on manner and communicating the wins in a positive and upbeat manner.
