Our client is a leading FMCG company with a varied portfolio of recognisable products. Based in Merseyside, they are well established with a successful history within the industry.

The Role

The role of Maintenance Manager requires over seeing a sizeable team whilst reporting directly into the operations manager. You will be in charge of a team of maintenance managers with the main focus changing the current reactive process system into a more proactive approach. A main initiative is to support production and introduce new equipment.

The Person

You will have maintenance management experience within a FMCG industry background. The role requires an individual who can implement a modern maintenance management strategy; this requires the candidate to be self motivated and success driven with a key track record of proactive maintenance results.
