*** SHIFT TEAM LEADER - MANCHESTER - FMCG - c£31,000 ***

 

Internationally recognised FMCG manufacturer seeks a Team Leader to join their exisiting team on site in Manchester.

Working in a state-of-the-art facility, your primary duties will be to manage a production team to achieve a world class manufacturing standards in which personal accountability, responsibility, development of people, structured training and continuous improvement are expected and delivered.

You will develop and drive a motivated manufacturing team that consistently exceeds stated product quality standards expected by our consumers and delivers the right product at the right time to customers.

 

The successful candidate will be from a FMCG background, with a proven track record of managing, coaching and developing a team to enable cross-skilling between manufacturing lines with minimal disruption. You will demonstrate abilities in maximising line efficiency, productivity and quality whilst striving for continuous improvement at all times.

A basic working knowledge of lean tools and techniques are essential to work in this extrememly high paced, changing environment.

 

Working shifts, you wiill work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week, rotating days and nights.
