Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary £18,000 - £20,500 + Benefits + Commission

OTE Year 1 £30,000

OTE Year 2 £50,000

The Role

• A full 360 degree recruitment role - you will be managing the total candidate and client cycle.
• Responsibility for identifying and developing new business in our markets.
• Providing high levels of services and working with our existing clients to develop key relationships.
• Interviewing candidates, meeting and visiting clients at their sites.
• Using social media to source the best candidates
• Pitching the organisation to clients.
• Generating leads for potential jobs.
• Developing PSLs (preferred supplier agreements) and maintaining client relationships.

• Educated to degree level
• Have a natural flair for sales
• Confident, highly driven and ambitious
• Able to achieve and surpass targets
• Highly motivated, a good influencer and negotiator with the will to succeed
• Excellent communication skills- you will be speaking to or meeting candidates and clients on a daily basis.
• Good organisation skills, the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
• Flexible and adaptable nature
