***SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT - LIVERPOOL - GENERAL MANUFACTURING - c. £40,000***

ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of all continuous improvements across the manufacturing site. Using six sigma you will lead, coordinate, train and manage all in the pursuit of continuous improvements across the operation. You will analyse current processes and then implement improved methods using lean skills and best practice to optimise machines, people and performance.

PERSON

Applicants must be a certified six sigma black belt or green belt. You will have experience in a manufacturing operation leading six sigma continuous improvements. Ideally you will be educated in a manufacturing or engineering subject to degree level or alternatively as a minimum HNC. You will have the personality and interpersonal skills to be able to motivate and influence people of the benefits of six sigma and also be able to develop and train people in six sigma.
