***Continuous Improvement Engineer - Manufacturing - Wigan - Upto 40,000***

 

Role

The role will involve the provision of detailed analysis of manufacturing and related processes, recommending and implementing improvements using modern management techniques e.g. Kaisen, FMEA, SMED, 5S, waste resolution etc... .

It will provide support to the management team in developing and improving processes across the site.

Person

Applicants must be experienced in managing Process Improvement within the manufacturing sector. It is essential that you have hands-on experience utilising some of the proven tools and techniques such as 5s and other lean manufacturing elements. We are looking for an analytical engineer who can carry out breakdown diagnostics and analysis then follow through with the appropriate solution leading to improved manufacturing performance.

It is essential that the candidate be of degree quality, Green Belt certified and trained in Black Belt. The candidate must be enthuasiastic and keen to exceed all expectations.
