Core Talent Recruitment is offering £250 worth of high street vouchers for any referral of a candidate that we then subsequently place in a new role with one of our clients. You may have a peer, colleague or person in your circle of friends or contacts who is unhappy in their current job role and is looking for a new opportunity and a fresh challenge. If we successfully find them a new job role then you will be rewarded for this referral.
The £250 worth of vouchers will be offered after the candidate has successfully completed a 13 week probation period or if they are employed in a temporary / interim role then after 13 weeks continuous service in their engagement assignment. Unfortunately if your referred candidate is already registered with us, we will be unable to offer you the referral reward.
If you would prefer to donate your referral reward to charity. We would gladly donate £250 to a registered charity of your choice.
