Our communication systems and recruitment database software are all networked which enables us to share all candidate and client information with our colleagues easily and efficiently. Our consultants do not own candidates they only represent them for their own individual job roles.

We will make ourselves available for advice on all recruitment matters; whether you would like our input on writing your CV or in preparation for an interview, we will make ourselves available.

We have a unique approach with our clients; we like to create a close working relationship where we are essentially an extension of your Human Resources Function rather than a 3rd party supplier. In order to recruit effectively we need a thorough understanding of where you are today and where you plan to be tomorrow.

We will not embark on a recruitment assignment if we don’t believe that we can deliver, we want long term relationships and repeat business.
