At the that time, I focused on the executive level of precision engineering; as much as I loved the market, by 2016 I knew it was time for my next challenge. I decided to set up the contracts side of the business.The Directors were very supportive – even when I decided I wanted to do something completely different and focus on Construction; I was free to build a business and never once thought they doubted me.Five years on, I have built a successful team. The job satisfaction I get coming in every day is unparalleled by any other recruitment managers I know. ​
