This MEP Subcontractor business had grown rapidly in a much specialised candidate driven sector. One of the offices is based just on the outskirts of London and due to location was proving difficult to recruit for.
Having exhausted their usual contacts and various agencies, the Client contacted our Construction Manager to discuss three business critical positions.
An initial meeting with the business director was held, followed by three conference calls to all decision makers involved in the recruitment process.
The team suggested an interim solution to cover the roles whilst undergoing the Permanent solution.
Our Consultants, Director and resourcer drew up a week long targeted head hunting programme to include networking, referrals, social media, targeted database campaigns and job advertising.
Within 48 hours, three interim candidates were sourced and then placed by the end of Day 3.
During day four, the project candidates were identified and interviewed for all three permanent vacancies.
After three weeks of interviews, all permanent vacancies were offered and accepted, the interim candidates continued in the role until the permanent placements moved into their new roles and a successful handover took place.
