​Victoria is focused on client and new market development within Core Talent, with an emphasis on ensuring a high level of service provided by each of our consultants.

Victoria joined Core Talent in January 2014, holding several managerial roles across different areas of the business.

Prior to her life as a recruiter, Victoria was pursuing a career as a Solicitor after completing her LPC, but in 2010 she decided to move into Executive Headhunting.  

Victoria works with a large network of Commercial specialists within the MEP sector and is always interested in speaking with business leaders within the sector.
