This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable automotive supplier with a great reputation in the market and an enviable customer base. The business offers a flexible and attractive package, training and development.
The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
To promote sales and efficiently manage a portfolio of accounts
Build, maintain and expand strong, long lasting customer relationships (existing as well as new customers)
Plan and attend various customer meetings - some in Europe
Submit quotations to customers and make decisions relating to price and other terms and conditions as appropriate
Complete administrative work as necessary
We are looking for an established Account Manager who can step into this role and hit the ground running.
3 years' experience in an account manager role
Experience in manufacturing - preferably automotive
Strong financial skills - profit margin awareness and the creation of budget presentations
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Current full driving licence and valid passport
Willingness for training and development
Additional language skills - French, German, Spanish, Italian etc.
