Account Manager - Food Ingredients
This is a chance to join a rapidly growing nutritional ingredients business who have tripled in size over the past 4 years. With plans to double their turnover by 2020 they are now on the look out for experienced Account Managers to join their team and look after a handful of existing clients.
- To maximise sales from existing accounts and take designated accounts that have been secured by the Business Development team to achieve individual targets set at the beginning of the year.
- Manage existing accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Be the key point of contact for customers, build strong relationships and maximise NPD opportunities
- To research market trends and provide an added value NPD service to customers with a major focus on innovation
- Educated to degree level within Food Science, Nutrition or Sports Nutrition would be advantageous however isn't 100% necessary.
- Experience working in a B2B sales position.
- Ideally experience working within the food, drink or nutrition industry.
- Experience working in a commercial role ie. Providing costings, project management and lots of customer interaction
- NPD experience would be preferred
