I am currently looking to speak to mechanical and electrical quantity surveyors who are looking for a new opportunity working for an M&E consultancy based in the centre of London.

The client is a market leader and a well know name within the M&E consultancy sector. They pride themselves on delivering commercial success, project leadership & construction excellence whilst also ensuring that they spend time investing learning with all employees across the company.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Five+ year's experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Pro active.

• Commercial experience.
