Electrical Background

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the use of Navisworks, Revit and BIM360

• Deliver all 2D and 3D deliverables as set by the BIM Manager

• Assist with BEP development and implementation on projects

• Attending/hosting Coordination meetings as required

• Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines

• Knowledge of MEP services coordination

• Any other duties associated with this role

Requirements

• Problem solving ability, clash resolution on coordination issues

• Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team essential

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Excellent IT skills, advanced use of MS Office suite and BIM software

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Engineering or Architectural degree, trade qualification plus experience

• BIM qualification or certification is desirable
