BIM Coordinator

Location: Barcelona

Salary: €65000 - €75000

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Data Centre project. This position is based in Barcelona, with a salary range of €65,000 - €75,000, and comes with excellent benefits.

BIM Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of this position include but are not limited to;

• Present and make amends to designs when given feedback and conducting prototype testing

• Liaising alongside project teams to accurately model the installation requirements of the client

• Be present and attend all BIM meetings

• Conduct daily management of BIM Project Data sets

• Oversee implementation of CAD / BIM on new projects

• Assist engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprints

A Successful BIM Coordinator will have the following:

• Persistence and determination

• Demonstrate solid understanding of BIM processes, standards and procedures across all lifestyle stages of the project

• Have extensive knowledge of BIM platforms and coordination of models

• Industry and technical knowledge of Autodesk

• Have all industry recognised qualifications

• Enjoy problem solving

• Have attention to detail

• Be flexible and open to change
