BIM Coordinator

Location: Amsterdam

Salary: €65000 - €75000

Start Date: Immediately

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Pharmaceutical project. This position is based in Amsterdam, with a salary range of €65,000 - €75,000, and comes with excellent benefits.

BIM Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of this position include but are not limited to;

• Liaising alongside project teams to accurately model the installation requirements of the client

• Be present and attend all BIM meetings

• Conduct daily management of BIM Project Data sets

• Oversee implementation of CAD / BIM on new projects

• Contribute and assist on projects as required

A Successful BIM Coordinator will have the following:

• Technical knowledge of BIM data sets

• Demonstrate solid understanding of BIM processes, standards and procedures across all lifestyle stages of the project

• Have extensive knowledge of BIM platforms and coordination of models

• Industry and technical knowledge of Autodesk

• Have all industry recognised qualifications

• Solid understanding of CAD applications and practices
