BIM Coordinator
Location: Dublin
Salary: €60000 - €70000

Core Talent are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to work in a permanent position as part of a growing department to be included in their VDC Department. This position is based in Dublin, with a salary range of €65,000 - €75,000, and comes with excellent benefits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role of this position include but are not limited to;
Assisting the design team in the production of Revit/AutoCAD Models, when required,
Assist in or development the BIM Execution Plan
Production of Federated Model and clash detection reports using Navisworks and Model Coordination.
Plant 3D administration and management
Technical support, training and troubleshooting for our primary software
Create new project specific workflows to implement Client/Company BIM Standards
Monitor the agreed workflows and modelling techniques across various projects to ensure compliance with Project BEPs
The requirements of this position include:
Third level qualification in Architecture / Building Services / Engineering and/or technical background essential.
2- 3yrs experience in a similar role.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Excel, BIM360 essential
Experience with 3D pipework design, isometrics and familiarity with piping software packages an advantage.
Experience in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Selenium), Dynamo and CMD scripting for Windows and browser automation highly desirable
Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who is continuously eager to learn and advance their career within Digital Construction.
Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
Enjoy working both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential.
Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues.
A good working knowledge of core BIM Standards ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
