BIM Coordinator

Location: Limerick

Salary: €60000 - €70000

Start Date: Immediately

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to work in a permanent position with the capability being a valued member of the team on Pharmaceutical / Data Centre Projects. This position is based in Limerick, with a salary range of €60,000 - €70,000, and comes with excellent benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of this position include but are not limited to;

  • Assisting the design team in the production of Revit/AutoCAD Models, when required

  • Assist in or development the BIM Execution Plan

  • Production of Federated Model and clash detection reports using Navisworks and Model Coordination.

  • Plant 3D administration and management

  • Technical support, training and troubleshooting for our primary software

  • Create new project specific workflows to implement Client/Company BIM Standards

  • Monitor the agreed workflows and modelling techniques across various projects to ensure compliance with Project BEPs

  • Be present and attend all BIM meetings

  • Conduct daily management of BIM Project Data sets

The requirements of this position include:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Excel, BIM360

  • Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who is continuously eager to learn and advance their career within Digital Construction.

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.

  • Enjoy working both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential.

  • Ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues.

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of BIM processes, standards and procedures across all lifestyle stages of the project
