Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Use MEP engineering knowledge, experience and understanding to apply technical and practical engineering coordination skills in a BIM environment.

• Capable of creating and managing projects in a cloud based common data environment, such as Autodesk BIM 360.`

• Shares Revit models with other relevant parties, often by using IFC format (also defining the IFC mapping table).

• Collaborates with software programmers and BIM experts to define and implement automated workflows within the MEP department.

• Design initial stages for HS2.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Sufficient and relevant experience in MEP industry in BIM, Modelling and Design Coordination.

• Having an expert knowledge of 3D modelling in AutoDesk REVIT MEP.

• Experience with 3D review tools such as AutoDesk Navisworks is essential

• Collaborate with MEP Engineers to automate MEP design workflows in REVIT with the use of DYNAMO scripts.

• Have experience of BIM processes

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Rail Design

• Have a Degree and/or qualification in relevant subjects of Modelling (HND/HNC or equivalent)
