Role Responsibilities

• Produce a detailed accurate Model using Revit

• Produce accurate detailed 2D sheets from the Revit model

• Collaborate and coordinate with all relevant trades

• Liaise with BIM lead and Site Engineers

• Model Brackets and supports in Revit

• Ensure the Modelling meets the required standards as set out in the BEP documentation

• Attend meeting and liaise with trades

• Create Revit Families

• Run clash tests in Navisworks and produce reports

• Maintain documents to a relevant BIM standard

Role Requirements

• A good understanding of mechanical services

• Revit 4+years

• Navisworks

• Ability to work as part of a Team and on own initiative

• Excellent Microsoft office knowledge

• Excellent communication Skills
