Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced BIM Lead to work in a permanent position with the capability of leading a team on Pharmaceutical / Data Centre Projects. This position is based in Dublin, with a salary range of €65,000 - €75,000, and comes with excellent benefits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role of this position include but are not limited to;
Working with the project, design and BIM managers to support the team to ensure integrated, sustainable and effective information management solutions are developed which meet the requirements defined within the brief and benefits defined in the business case
Working collaboratively to establish a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and to ensure that all information management requirements are captured and approvals are in place to meet schedule dates, as well as understanding regulatory requirements
Providing end-to-end information management, ensuring clear goals, roles and deliverables are well defined and achieved
Taking the lead on the deployment and expansion of the client information management platforms
Working with all stakeholders to implement the emerging site-wide digital scope
Developing robust processes and methodologies for information management platform deployment, including the rare opportunity to develop and refine the client documentation on a nationwide government programme
Working with the lead BIM manager to guide document control and development teams in operating and developing the wider software ecosystem
Supporting the implementation of all the procedures in information management during the design, construction and handover of projects
Acting as the gatekeeper to workflow implementation and as a key decision-maker on what applications, workflows and information management standards will be used throughout the programme and project(s)
The requirements of this position include:
Degree educated in relevant fields
Minimum 2-3yrs experience in a similar role.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Excel, BIM360 essential
Experience with 3D pipework design, isometrics and familiarity with piping software packages an advantage.
Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who is continuously eager to learn and advance their career within Digital Construction.
Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
Enjoy working both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential.
Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues.
A good working knowledge of core BIM Standards ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
The successful candidate must have:
Experience working with Revit MEP
Must have Pharmaceutical / Data Centre experience
