BIM Manager

Location: Leinster, Dublin

Salary: €70000 - €80000

Start Date: Immediately

Core Talent are currently looking for a BIM Manager to work in a permanent position joining their advanced technology design team. This position is a leadership role with excellent career prospects. Based in Dublin, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with an excellent benefits package with room for negotiations.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of BIM execution on multiple semiconductor projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to;

• Charge the developing of BIM execution plans for each project, responsible for BIM standards, strategy and objectives being met.

• Manage BIM relationship between the company, clients, external consultant, construction teams, and contractors

• Work closely with each department manager to define project BIM deliverables for each discipline & maintain master drawing & model register for each project

• Remain up-to-date with advancements in BIM technology & best practices

• Facilitate internal BIM training program

• Support project manager in preparations & delivery of project presentations, proposal materials and business development

• Provide mentoring & leadership to all BIM staff

• Conduct compliance audits on project deliverables

• Manage the quality of all project BIM content; models, 2D/3D drawings, filing, templates etc.

• Lead weekly Clash Detection meetings, disposition all clashes and elevate non-resolved issues with Design Managers.

Essential Education / Experience & Skills

• Must have a minimum of 8years' experience

• 3rd Level Degree in Architectural or Engineering related disciplines

• In Depth knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD (or equivalent software's)

• Skilled user of Digital Technology Tools; Navisworks, BIM360, Scanning AR/VR

• Have the ability to monitor performance, identify issues and provide solutions
