BIM Manager
Location: Multiple European Locations
Salary: €70000 - €80000

Core Talent are currently looking for a BIM Manager to work in a permanent position with a marker leader in construction. This position is a leadership role with excellent career prospects. This position is available in multiple European locations, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with an excellent benefits package with room for negotiations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to;
Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects
Provide mentorship and guidance to the BIM Project Team
Ensure workflows are in place
Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met in accordance to project schedules
Interface with clientele as required
Drive BIM strategy, tactics and plans across the project team and wider BIM department
Clash management
Design and detailing of service support systems
Management of drawing schedules
Problem solving and resolution of co-ordination and design road blocks
Assistant in development of BIM protocols and systems
Train and mentor new entry staff
Deal with sub-contractors, consultants and GCs
Ensure QA/QC compliance
Essential Experience & Skills
Must have a minimum of 5+yrs' experience as a BIM Lead
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent IT Skills
Proficient in MS Office
Negotiation, Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills
