BIM MEP LEAD

Location: Odense, Denmark

Salary: €55000 - €65000

Start Date: Immediately

Core Talent are currently looking for a BIM MEP Lead to work in a permanent position within a prestigious company who leads construction projects across Europe. This position is based in Denmark, with a salary range of €55,000 - €65,000.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of BIM MEP requirements for all design and build projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to;

• Provide BIM MEP resource estimates for project tender

• Oversee development and management of BIM MEP library

• Generate and manage document and drawing output using BIM Tech

• Comply with design procedures

• Coordination with Architectural, Civil and Structural services as required to create clash free models

• Attend site surveys and inspections when required

• Develop weekly work plans with resources and track progress to ensure targets are hit within timescale

• Run clash detection's on models and generate clash detection's reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised formal training course in Revit MEP with certification, diploma or degree

• Building Services Engineering qualification is desirable

• 5yrs' experience working as a Senior BIM Technician or BIM Lead within a team

• Previous experience in cleanrooms, data centres, healthcare or MedTech.

The Successful Candidate will have the following:

• Knowledge of BIM Software's; Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD

• Building regulations and design standards

• Technical detailing and material specification

• Problem solving ability

• Technical innovation and value creation

• The ability to understand BIM Execution Plans and BIM project workflow criteria
