I am currently looking to speak to Senior Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors who are ambitious and looking for their next step in their career into a Commercial lead position for a large mechanical and electrical sub-contractor who are currently turning over £500M and have a full order book.

This client are a market leading sub-contractor and are well known for their success within the Commercial, Infrastructure & Data Centre Sector.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for this position will have first had experience working on commercial projects or Data Centre's for tier one contractor who specialise in M&E.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• 5 year's experience working as a Senior M&E QS.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on multiple commercial project.

• Experience managing teams of surveyors.

• Proactive.
