My client have been in touch looking for a CSA focused Construction Manager for a Data Centre project. The contract is 18 months long with the chance of a significant extension and will be based in Frankfurt. The role will be mostly site based and will be to help drive forward and deliver the job through effective motivation and management of site teams.

As a couple of notes, all EU Citizens can apply. If you are a UK citizen they will consider supporting a work permit application but they need someone to start within the next two weeks preferably so there is a significant concern that it won't be able to be processed quickly enough.

Construction Manager

18 month contract in Frankfurt

Start as soon as possible

• CSA Background and experience

• Technical knowledge of CSA

• Experience executing a project and delivery of works via effective management of site teams

• Data Centre, Pharma, or large Steel build experience

• Structural or Civils experience

• Construction Management experience

Accommodation is provided and paid for by the client - as is the travel. The rotation is 10 days on and 4 days off.
