A Global Specialist Construction Contractor based in Frankfurt are recruiting for a career driven Senior Cost Manager to join their expanding business. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Cost Manager to gain career development and progression opportunities!

THE ROLE

As a Cost Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the delivery of process engineering in relation to the company's project strategy.

Some Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Manager include:

• Provide cost information to support decisions on project

• Evaluate contractor invoices prior to submission into client Finance systems for pre-approval

• Utilize information from the systems and input to cost report(s) and validation of spending

• Evaluate and analyze fee proposals / bids and provide recommendation for decision making

• Provide budget and financial forecasts and cash flow analysis

• Maintaining and managing the cost report and providing regular updates on financial position

• Assist in the development, validation and maintenance of the project schedule

• Assist in developing reporting & tracking tools and generating cost reports on a regular basis including Earned Value evaluation

THE PERSON

The ideal Senior Cost Manager will be looking for a challenging role within an established organisation.

Essentials for the role are as follows:

• Fluency in English & German;

• Practical Cost Management experience on a Data Centre project
