DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Project Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a CSA Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our state-of-the-art data centre projects. From conception to completion, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and implementation of civil, structural, and architectural aspects of data centre projects, specifically cladding, curtains & walls

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and design to ensure project objectives are met.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on data centre projects.

• Strong understanding of CSA principles (especially Cladding), construction methodologies, and building codes/regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office suite.

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required - ideally German fluency as well however this is not necessary
