CSA Supervisor
Location: Copenhagen
Shift Pattern: 10/4day Rotation
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles and responsibilities are as follows, however are not limited to;
Management of Site Safety in conjunction with Mercury Safety Advisor. This includes setup, management and closing of the safety file as part of the management team
Management of Site QA in conjunction with CSA Package Manager, which includes setup, management and close out of file
Be familiar with management of Project Schedules in union with other trades and package leads
Management of all site operations for CSA packages on a day to day basis
Assist with management in regards to all costs associated with your package which includes; Mercury CSA team, Sub-Contractors, Materials delivery and goods receipting, Plant and Equipment, and Variations
Manage sub-contractor activities, track progress against schedule and manpower levels
Guarantee attendance to and contribute to weekly meetings with sub-contractors
Management of Mercury 'In Progress' snagging systems, ensuring you return weekly punch list where applicable
Issue direct labour and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for central tracking
Must attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required
Implement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades
Schedule material deliveries to correspond with project schedule and track deliveries
Maintain a weekly photographic project diary
Issue internal weekly progress reports, supervisor reports. Highlighting progress percentage completion based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of Mercury or sub-contractors e.g. late deliveries
Essential Criteria:
These are essential to be considered for the CSA supervisor role:
Candidate must come from a trade background
Must have 5-10years experience in supervising installation crews and sub-contractors
Must have knowledge of Health & Safety
Must be experienced in design and build
Good IT skills
Good technical knowledge of both CSA systems
Desirable Criteria:
