Customer Service Analyst (Supply Chain)

My client is looking for an individual with strong customer service background within a Production, Control and Logistics environment. The business are looking for someone who is up for the challenge of being the first point of contact with prestigious customers. This position will work a day shift: Mon-Thurs 7.30am-4.00pm and Fri 7.30am-12.00pm.

The Roles duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers with demands for the business

  • Work within requirements of IATF16949

  • Customer delivery performance KPI

  • Correctness of customer data

  • Help to ensure Customer Forecast Accuracy

  • Liase with Planning to ensure Timely Customer Delivery Plans, Inventory value at agreed levels

This Person needs to have experience in the following:

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Experience working in MP+L

  • SAP integration of customer demand

  • Automotive experience.

  • Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment

  • Good oral and written communicator with all levels

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Able to prioritise own work

Required qualifications:

  • Experience of SAP

  • Conversant with Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
