Customer Service Analyst (Supply Chain)

My client is looking for an individual with strong customer service background within a Production, Control and Logistics environment. The business are looking for someone who is up for the challenge of being the first point of contact with prestigious customers. This position will work a day shift: Mon-Thurs 7.30am-4.00pm and Fri 7.30am-12.00pm.
The Roles duties:
Be the first point of contact for customers with demands for the business
Work within requirements of IATF16949
Customer delivery performance KPI
Correctness of customer data
Help to ensure Customer Forecast Accuracy
Liase with Planning to ensure Timely Customer Delivery Plans, Inventory value at agreed levels
This Person needs to have experience in the following:
Strong customer service experience
Experience working in MP+L
SAP integration of customer demand
Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Good oral and written communicator with all levels
Able to work under pressure
Able to prioritise own work
Experience of SAP
Conversant with Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
