We are seeking a Design Manager to join our team in Galway. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure a seamless delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the design team to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective modular building designs.

- Develop and implement design standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide innovative and creative solutions that meet their needs.

- Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and can be manufactured and installed within the agreed timelines.

- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

- Manage and monitor the design budget and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design management.

- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
