My client are looking for a Document Controller to assist their Project Management team. Working with deadlines and ensuring that all departments are working to the same procedures and documents.
Due to the nature of the business, it is required that you come from a construction background.
Update project managers with regular updates
The check and receive new employees check form and deal with all their data
Deal with weekly time sheets for approval by project manager
Work closely with pay roll when dealing with time sheets
Once settled into the role, it will be expected you help train other document controllers
Check and electronically file all on site paper work
Must have experience using document system such as 4 Projects and Aconex
Major Projects Experience is required
Office administration experience required and experience as a Document Controller
