Electrical BIM Coordinator

Location: Waterford, Ireland

Salary: €60000 - €70000

Start Date: Immediately

Core Talent are currently looking for multiple Electrical BIM Coordinators to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Pharmaceutical project. This position is based in Waterford, with a salary range of €60,000 - €70,000, and comes with excellent benefits.

BIM Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of this position include but are not limited to;

• Liaising alongside project teams to accurately model the installation requirements of the client

• Adhering and working in accordance with the company's current Safety Statement and Quality Health and Safety management system including all policies/procedures contained within

• Be present and attend all BIM meetings

• Conduct daily management of BIM Project Data sets

• Oversee implementation of CAD / BIM on new projects

• Contribute and assist on projects as required

• Coordination of mechanical & electrical elements and asset data

A Successful BIM Coordinator will have the following:

• Technical knowledge of BIM data sets

• Demonstrate solid understanding of BIM processes, standards and procedures across all lifestyle stages of the project

• Have extensive knowledge of BIM platforms and coordination of models

• Industry and technical knowledge of Autodesk

• Have industry recognised qualifications

• Solid understanding of software applications and practices

• Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issue.

• Experience in M&E services coordination essential

The Successful Candidate will have the following:

• Minimum 4years experience with Revit MEP

• Minimum 2years experience working in BIM
