I am currently in the market for a Electrical Project manager for a m+e subcontractor, for a SME, specialising in fit outs and new build developments.

The Role

Reporting into the Project Director on site

Dealing with main contractors, sub contractors etc.

Main Contractor and Subcontractor meetings

Due to the nature of the project, you will ideally have experience working on high end residential projects.

Need experience working on a minimum of £10 million commercial works

Confident, leader

Experience as a Project Manager

Has to have experience working for a m and e subcontractor
