Core Talent are currently on the look-out for an Electrical Project Manager with at least 3 years' experience in the data centre sector to join a leading contractor in Central London. You will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of this particular project, ensuring high standards of quality, health and safety are met at all times. You will be responsible for the project team, reporting directly into the Project Director.

Role Responsibilities:

• To manage resources on the project on a day to day basis and to report any staff issues as appropriate.

• Communicate with the client to identity their requirements and ensure projects are always completed to their requirements, budgets and deadlines

• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately documented.

• Ensure health and safety throughout the project is managed to the highest standard

• Meetings

• Prepare detailed plans to administer the project and ensure the project team are familiar with them and are following these guidelines.

• Managing procurement, labour and sub-contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ideally you will have a couple of years of experience in mission critical sector

• Relevant trade background or Degree Qualified

• Full project life cycle experience

• Excellent management and communications
