My client are a M+E Subcontractor, turnover of £400 million, looking for a Electrical Project Manager, immediate start available for the right candidate.

The Role

Refurb of a commercial job- value 15 million electrical

Commercially aware, and able to work with the QS effectively

Able to illustrate cost savings

Meetings with clients and other M+E subcontractors

able to manage a team of supervisors on site

manage main contractor on site

The Person

You will be a experienced Project Manager, experience of a minimum of £10 mill M+E on commercial jobs

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager

With the job being electrically biased ideally, you will have a electrical background

Experience of working on commercial projects

Experienced in managing a large team
